Attitude, Motivation, Goals, Commitment and Accountability are all part of my coaching method.
My coaching process is customized whether it is one-on-one or to a group. When coaching an individual, I work with their personal needs, challenges and objectives. At the start of each engagement, we define a clear vision with a "thorough discovery session" which can be up to 4 hours. I work together with my client to set goals, identify measures of success and build a customized development plan to achieve the planned goals.

Corporate coaching involves coaching towards organizational goals focusing on the company team, vision, mission, values and strategy. I like to use Rugby as my coaching style for corporate training. Rugby is the best metaphor of team work and leadership where the whole team works together to achieve the result.
I love what I do and sharing with others my stories and passions. I tell my audience that to achieve success, they must visualize success. My goal is to inspire people and make them believe in themselves first and foremost. Thoughts can become reality. If we can see it…we can achieve it. As Henry Ford once said: “Whether you think you can, or you think you can't-you're right.”

I help my clients to find the answers and the best solutions inside of them, then we make a plan for success. All the Goals need to be Specific Measurable Attainable Relevant and Time based.
3. HOLD ACCOUNTABLE
Once we know what our goals are then we elaborate a strategy and a very specific action plan. As a coach at this point, my job consists in keeping on track and accountable my client. Accountability and commitment are fundamental to achieve results and move out from our comfort zone.
